Zipper is awful

I’m shocked at the other reviews as soon as I open this, I thought it was great, but I don’t know how people are commenting about this considering I can’t even get the zippers to go together. It’s very cumbersome. I feel like I need a doctor to do this.

This cat donut is very expensive elsewhere, so I'm glad I didn't pay more for it. I like it, but the cats are ignoring it so far. Maybe they'll warm up to it 🤔
UPDATE- one of my cats is warming up to it now. The one sleeps inside it. It is her security cave. Very happy with the purchase!!!
