Appears I received one that was used and returned, as noted by the large yellow stain. Their foam insert is also a good bit deformed, which I really wouldn’t have minded so much, but opening a vacuum-sealed bag to find that an item that’s supposed to be white is yellow is no fun.
My dog loves this bed, she immediately got on it while we were putting it together. She’s an old gal at 11 years old and finds it comfortable. The padding is thick and it’s a good size for her. The material is very soft on top of the bed. The only thing we found so far is that at times she overheats on it due to the hot weather in the summer but we have a cooling blanket that helps her on most days! I wish that the edges were a bit more elevated as she likes resting her head on the sides and found that to be a bit shorter than we expected, but overall great bed!

This is the BEST dog bed!!! It can be hard to wash depending on your washing machine bc mine won’t balance with it in there so I take it to the laundromat. But it’s all around great i have two dogs I got the large size they both fit in it although they won’t sleep together haha. It’s so good for my elderly dog! She loves it just as much as our 9 mo old pup. Very comfortable, easy to handle and the dogs love it! We’ll be buying a second one soon so both dogs have their own haha

I’ve purchased 2 of these beds and they have worn horribly so far. I washed them on the delicate cycle. I’m disappointed. I have to find another bed fit for my Duchess!

So far I'm pretty happy with the dog bed and the dog and cat are too. Size is good, very thick and the cover is plush. The cover is easy to slide on the mattress/pillow. Looks nice and seems to be good quality.

My dogs love this bed. Large size allows my bigger dog to stretch out and rest her head on the raised outer border. They sleep good with out having to get up and turn around to find a better spot.

I tested this dog bed out and it's quite comfortable, my dog thought so, too. We give it 2... or is it 4... paws up. He's a bigger boy at about 80 pounds and he needs to sleep on something soft because he has some sores starting on his elbows. The x-large is just the right size for him. The instructions say to open the foam mattress and let it ventilate for 24-48 hours. This allows it to expand to it's original size. I also ran the cover/bumper through the dryer on low heat for 20 minutes as the instructions state. The white foam pad fit nicely into the cover and it zipped easily. I feel this is great bed for my dog.
