Sisal Cat Scratching Bed & Board – Wear‑Resistant Oval Pad

My cats love it. It's a bed and they use it as a scratch pad.

I bought 2 of these and the first one opened -the ear sisal came off. The second one came apart with one use. Will be returning both.

The second I put it outside for the cat he jumped right on it absolutely adorable… The only problem is that one of the ears came not glued on all the way… the trim around the ear

Extremely cheaply made. Started falling apart after first scratches. It’s also made from styrofoam which could be a major health hazard to cats or any animals using it.

It’s a good size but it’s CHEAPLY MADE!! A hunk of styrofoam with the rope glued down. After 30 seconds of it getting unboxed it already had strands coming off the foam on the sides, the center and the ears. It has been 1 hour since being delivered and I feel bad my cat can’t have it because I worry about them ingesting the loose foam pieces. Immediately returned :(

My cats really like this scratching pad. I think they like that the edges are raised. It has held up fine in the last three weeks that I have had it with both of my cats. I see them using it daily so I am happy with it.

This bed is very nice looking, and my 3 cats all enjoy it. It's very light weight, so often it gets pushed off the counter where I place it. It is smaller than I imagined, so at most 2 cats can squeeze together on it, and often do! When it gets flipped upside down, the cats use the bottom as a scratching surface. They also scratch the sisal surface, (that they then lay on) but not as often. They more enjoy it as a bed. They have been using it for about a month and there is always at least 1 cat laying in it. Easy to wipe off or vacuum for cleaning. I'm really pleased with it.

This is a cute, high quality scratcher bed, very cute. But I wish it had more of an anti-skid bottom. It's very light, which in itself is great, that makes this easy to move and store. But being so light, when you put it on a bookshelf, this is going to fly off at the lightest touch or leap. I may try putting a silicon mat under it, the current bottom has some traction but not nearly enough. It is quite thick though, so will keep cats away from the cold floor if you put it there. And the top is well made sisal so they can scratch as they lay. It feels pretty sturdily made to last, and is quite cute.

My cats love this little bed! It has the Sissel scratcher in the middle, but it is also some thing they like to sleep on or sit out and look out the window! It’s the perfect size for them to curl up on, and they usually start by making biscuits and then curling up! It’s so cute and it’s made really well! my cats are medium size cats, and they fit really well too! Larger cats like Maine coon might have a little bit of overage, but they would probably still try to get comfortable on it! Love this little bit!

Very surprised with the quality of this product it is very light. I was not expecting the weight of it to be so light. It is soft on the surrounding outside and comfortable for them to rub up against it. This scratching pad is built in very nicely and all of my cats have used it so far this cat pictured, Specifically loves it the most, and actually has been sleeping in it too, so I really think it was a great idea. I chose to put it where I did because I got rid of a cat scratcher tree that was next to the bed and this worked out perfectly. It doesn’t have any bad qualities at all

Falls apart nearly immediately. I thought it was amusing that this item does ship with a glue stick...like they know it is going to fall apart quick and give you the 'tool' to fix it but... First, I don't own a glue gun and second, even if I did...this isn't worth the effort it would take to fix. Just buy something else instead, my cats agree this is hawt garbage. Avoid!!

This cat scratcher bed is smaller than I expected, but that's on me for not paying attention to the measurements. At 16.5×12.5×4 inches, it’s a bit more compact than I imagined, but luckily, my cat absolutely loves it! The quality feels solid, with the sisal material being tough enough for scratching, yet still comfortable for lounging.
What I appreciate most is that it doesn’t leave any debris or mess behind like some other scratchers do. Plus, the anti-slip bottom keeps it in place, even when my cat goes to town on it. Our resdient feline is pretty small.
She really likes this little bed / scratcher.
I like it because we have a new couch that she tries to scratch and I am not having that.
Got this for her and it is working that she is taking to this instead of the couch now.
So light that I can just move it around to any place in the house that I want her to be using it.
Sometimes I put it by the couch when I know she wants to jump on it and other times I have it by the window for her to lie in the sun.
Overall it is a great item for our cat and will certainly get plenty of use

This review is for the smaller option of this offering. This scratcher bed is light and travels very easily. The bottom of the bed is made from a water-resistant type of material, which is nice in the event of a nearby water spillage.

It took all of 8 seconds for my cats to start taking turns on this combination cat scratcher/cat bed. Maybe that sample bag of included catnip helped.

I wrote this review a couple of days after moving the bed into the living room. At least two of my guys absolutely enjoy it. Sometimes I wonder if one of them even got up from it while I was away from home.

I included a picture of my oldest boy using the bed. It's of a standard size, perfect for a 10-15lb cat. Andre is a big boy. Yet he fits right in and loves sleeping on it!

As others have noted, this is a cute bed, but very small. I originally got it for my big boy since he loves any combination of cardboard and sisal that he can scratch on. While the measurements in the listing are correct, it seems like it would be bigger based on the description because this is yet another one of those manufacturers that uses stupid AI photos instead of actual pictures. AI photos are almost never to scale and I don't believe these are either. Despite its small size, my jumbo jumped right on it, but he filled up the whole surface. He has no way to stretch out at all on it. My new kitten, despite it being a better size for him, didn't have a whole lot of interest in it. In the description they mention the difference between their product and the corrugated cardboard ones on the market, but this one seems to have a cardboard core. Yes, it has the nice sissal top and fur outside, but the structure is the same as most other cardboard beds and scratchers. This bed is not worth what they charge for it. If you have a kitten that likes to scratch, it may suit them, but it's going to be too small for normal adult cats to use regularly.

It says product size is 16.5 inches which it is, but the inside bed part is only 13.25". Puff is not a large cat but I don't know if she will fit in it laying down. It is very lightweight. I believe it might be constructed with firmly molded styrofoam and then covered with a thin fuzzy, loopy cloth that will definitely pull when a claw gets hooks it. The band tan band between the sisal and the frame is a narrow wrapped cord, another place for a claw to get stuck. The inside has an —H— shaped frame that feels to be of styrofoam also. There is a thin knobby fabric on the bottom. Presumably the knobs are to prevent it from sliding around but it slides easily on my tile floor. The bed includes a small package of cat nip which, of course, attracted both of my cat to it.

HAHA! Just as I finished writing the paragraph below looked up and saw my big cat on the bed, see images 2 and 3. She is probably average or a little larger, about 12#. She has gotten up once and readjusted her position. She is the cat loaf position now but there is no place to rest her head.

This might be perfect for a young kitten to learn scratching other than on the furniture but unless it is a very small breed, it will probably outgrow within a year and a half.. I wish I loved it, I would be very happy to get rid of the cardboard that I have to vacuum up daily.

This little bed/scratcher has been a hit with my cat. It took her a few days to warm up to it, but she likes scratching/biting the fabric sides and scratching and laying on the top sisal surface. The bed is harder than I imagined - it feels like there is really lightweight but dense foam underneath the fabric outside. The finish is nice and fits in well with my decor. There is a little nonslip pad on the underside but it is still pushed around quite easily. It is much smaller than I imagined (see photo) - my cat is fully grown but on the smaller side, probably less than 10 pounds, and she hangs off the edges. This hasn't stopped her from laying on it though, and it's quickly become one of her favorite spots. Overall still quite happy with this bed despite the small size.

This is a really cute cat bed. The sisal scratcher on top is well made and well secured to the bed. The sisal material is quite durable and doesn't really show scratches. It wears very well. The bed comes with a little sachet of cat grass but I did not opt to sprinkle it onto the bed because I do not like to make a mess. Regardless, my cat immediately explored, scratched, and laid on the bed. He seems to just know when something is for him. Overall, I think this is a great bed. It is on the smaller side. If you look at my pictures my cat is barely 7 lbs. and he looks large in comparison to the bed.
